Do you have an overdue invoice and you’d like to know how much it would cost you to recover it? Easy!
Follow these steps:
Option 1: If you have connected your ledger (read how to connect your ledger here)
Step 1: Go to Chase-it > Invoices
Step 2: From there, you can see all the invoices linked to your customers. For each customer, you can request a ‘Collect-it quote’
Step 3: You can then decide which invoices you want to send for a quote.
Step 4: You will see a summary of your quote. You’ll be able to add your phone number so the team over at Darcey Quigley & Co can give you a call if they need any more information before sending you the quote.
Step 5: You’ll receive a quote within seconds that you are free to accept or refuse

Step 1: Go to Collect-it > Dashboard
Step 2: Fill in the Quote-it form on the right of the screen.
Step 3: You’ll receive a quote within seconds that you are free to accept or refuse.
