Q: How does the subscription work?

A: The subscription will automatically renew for a full subscription and pay-as-you-go features

Q: How do I cancel my subscription before the free trial runs out?

A: To cancel both your paid and free subscription, please email [email protected] 1 week before renewal

Q: What payment types do we accept?

A: We accept Visa/Visa electron/ MasterCard /Maestro. We currently do not accept American Express

Q: Where can they see I see my subscription details?

A: Visit the “My subscription” tab in the sidebar. Here you will find all your subscription details.

Q: Where can I update my card details?

A: Navigate to “My Subscription” > “Billing” > “Update card details” (card will be used then used for automatic renewal only.  For Marketplace purchases, you’ll have to enter your card details every time)
